Yes they are, wood has natural antibacterial qualities, coupled together with a waterproof food safe oil finish makes Dilatare wooden dildo's perfectly safe to use. The oil treatment not only waterproofs the wood but also seals the grain and pores which in turn ensures that the wood can't splinter in future.
Each dildo is soaked for 24 hours to ensure the food safe oil penetrates deep in to the wood to provide a fully waterproof toy. Each dildo is then finely sanded and treated with more food safe oils and highly polished and buffed to produce a super silky smooth finish that will last a life time.
After use, the dildo should be simply washed in warm soapy water and towel dried. Once in a while rub in a light coat of olive oil to keep your dildo in tip top condition ready for it's next adventure.
